¶ … Educational Processes
Telling the story of the structure and the people in an organization is the foundation of what an educational leader does. According to Hoy & Miskel (2012), elements of educational administration include theory, research, and practice. In this case, educational administration is regarded as the art and science of applying knowledge to organizational and administrative issues. Through educational administration, teachers or educators utilize different approaches to teaching, which are commonly known as educational processes. The educational processes differ across learning environments as teachers seek to generate improved students' outcomes based on the specific characteristics of the students in the classroom. Students play a crucial role in the structure of the organization and in professional development since their feedback informs teaching practices.
Educational Processes in the Video
The video, Sharing Ideas at EYFS, has various educational processes that are identified through peer education and are beneficial in this learning environment, especially with regards to enhancing students' learning and eventual outcomes. One of the educational processes utilized in this classroom is modeling in which the teacher modeled a letter to the students before they could have a go at writing it themselves. Secondly, the teachers utilize gentle pace to help the children move from one task to another. The third educational process mentioned in the video is increasing students' involvement in planning what they want to learn. This could be achieved through creating planning teams rather than having the entire class giving their ideas to the teacher at the same time. The fourth educational process in the video is role playing in which teachers get more involved in the learning process. Through this, teachers enhance their interactions with students and conduct observations that help improve learning processes.

Community participation engagement has been the increasing subject of research for some decades now. This is especially the case in terms of the increasing recognition that those who are affected by decision-making and social schemes have a right to participate in such decisions and schemes. (2004) might suggest. Considering this, when evaluating programs such as Read 180 one must remember it is important not to consider change from an "outsider looking in" standpoint, but rather enmesh themselves in the change process to decide what factors lead to successful change, and which do not. If members of the community, or administrative bodies, look at programs that would manage change from the "periphery" as the previous researchers
This virtually means that the international community could soon observe mutations in the type and nature of the outsourced processes. In general terms, companies are looking to outsource growing numbers of more complex operations as they are not willing to assume the risks and make the necessary investments.
